Two Ingredient Mini Chocolate Pies
Time: 20 minutes
7 oz Because Cookie Dough Mint Chocolate Cookie Dough*
1/2 tub Hope Dark Chocolate Hummus*
*amount may vary depending on the size of your pie/muffin tin
Preheat the oven to 350. Spray a mini muffin tin.
Thaw your cookie dough. Gently pat a thin layer of the dough into the mini muffin tin.
Bake for 10 minutes. After about 10 minutes, remove the tray and use a spoon to depress the bottom of each mini pie crust. The bottom will rise while the sides will not. Be careful the the sides of the crusts do not burn as they are thinner. Bake for 1-3 more minutes. If your tin is larger, you may need to bake the mini pie crusts a little longer.
Remove and let cool for a few minutes. Then remove the crusts from the tin and place on a plate. Fill the mini pie crusts with Hope Dark Chocolate Hummus. They taste great with some sea salt flakes too!
Store in the fridge or freezer.
