Two Ingredient Mini Chocolate Pies
Time: 20 minutes
7 oz Because Cookie Dough - Any flavor but we like Oatmeal for this!
1/2 tub Delighted By Chocolate Hummus*
*amount may vary depending on the size of your cupcake/muffin tin
Preheat the oven to 375. Spray a mini pie/cupcake mold. I found that silicon worked best and was the easiest to get the cookies out of. I used this one.
Thaw your cookie dough. You can do this however you like but I microwaved about half a tub for 20-30 seconds. You want it to still be like a batter but able to be molded to the cups easily. Gently pat a thin layer of the dough into each cup.
Bake for 8-10 minutes. You want them to look soft and fluffy before taking the tray out. Remove the tray and use a spoon to depress the bottom of each mini pie crust. The bottom will rise while the sides will not. Be careful the the sides of the crusts do not burn as they are thinner.
Let them cool completely! Then remove the crusts from the tin and place on a plate. Fill the mini pie crusts with Delighted By Hummus and enjoy! They taste great with some sea salt flakes too!
Store in the fridge or freezer. Other great fillings are yogurt, ice cream, or nut butters if you can't get your hands on any dessert hummus!
