Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough
This chocolate chip cookie dough improves on the classic cookie with nutrient rich gluten-free flours, Madagascar bourbon vanilla, and delicious dark chocolate chips. It's sweetened with just dates and organic coconut sugar, both lower glycemic sweeteners than traditional table sugar.
Vegan, gluten-free, and soy-free.
Baking Instructions: Preheat your oven (or toaster oven!) to 350. Form 1 inch balls of dough and press them slightly with your palm on a lined backing sheet. Bake them in your oven for 9-11 minutes. Let your cookies cool for a few minutes and enjoy!
Makes about 26 one inch cookies.
