Frequently Asked Questions
Are your products non-gmo?
All of our ingredients are non-GMO!
do i have to order $40?
Yes. Unfortunately shipping a cold product is extremely expensive and which is why we require an order of $40. The good news is you can order any combination and the cookie dough will last in the freezer for 8 months if you don't want to eat it all right away.
How long does the cookie dough last?
It lasts 6 months in the freezer or 14 days in the refrigerator. We recommend storing it frozen for optimal freshness and texture. There are no preservatives or stabilizers so the oil may separate and the dates may darken due to oxidation. It is still perfectly fine to eat, just give it a stir first.
How do i bake the cookie dough?
Start with thawed cookie dough. If you are just making a few, you can leave the container out on the countertop for a few minutes and the edges should thaw enough to scoop it out. You can also microwave it for a few seconds. Pre-heat your oven or toaster oven to 350F. Scoop the dough onto a lined baking sheet and gently press down with your palm to form a puck. Because there are no eggs the cookies do not spread. The thinner you press the dough, the crispier the cookies will get. Bake for 9-13 minutes depending on how you like your cookies, the size of the cookies, and your oven.
How do I bake the brownie batter?
Remove the sleeve and the clear film from the brownie cup. Place the cup right in the microwave and microwave for 25-30 seconds. Add another 5-10 seconds if your brownie batter is frozen. The plastic is microwave safe but you can also put your brownie batter into a mug or on a baking tray and warm in the oven if you prefer.
