Lemon Chia Cookie Dough


A twist on the classic lemon poppy seed, this Lemon Chia cookie dough has a refreshing flavor and chia seeds sprinkled throughout.  Sweetened with dates and organic coconut sugar and made with gluten-free and whole grain flours, these cookies make a perfect addition to your breakfast or are great as an afternoon pick me up. 

Vegan, gluten-free, soy-free, and refined sugar-free.

Baking Instructions: Preheat your oven (or toaster oven!) to 350.  Form 1.5 inch balls of dough and press them slightly with your palm on a lined backing sheet.  Bake them in your oven for 9-12 minutes.  Let your cookies cool for a few minutes and enjoy!

Makes about 13 two inch cookies.

Ingredients: Sorghum flour, date paste, sunflower oil, organic coconut sugar, water, almond flour, organic chia seeds, flaxseed, lemon extract, Madagascar bourbon pure vanilla extract, apple cider vinegar, salt, baking soda

Please note: Due to the high shipping costs of perishable products, our minimum order $50.  The good news is you do not get an extra shipping charge and you can freeze your dough for 8 months so you don't have to worry about eating it all at once!  We are so sorry for this inconvenience and are always trying to find a better solution to this shipping conundrum!

Orders ship out Monday-Wednesday of each week via USPS Priority, UPS, FedEx, or Golden State Overnight depending on the number of transit days to the destination.  If you need your order sooner, please contact us and we will try to accommodate you.  If you will be out of town the week following your order, please alert us to delay your shipping to your return.

Please be aware of your expected arrival date and keep an eye out for your package.  Take it in and refrigerate or freeze as soon as possible.  We cannot be responsible for packages left out long after their arrival.  Each order is packed with dry ice and ice packs.  Please handle any remaining dry ice with care.
