Vanilla Chai Cookie Dough

This Vanilla Chai cookie dough brings the warmth of chai tea to freshly baked cookies with flavors of cardamom, cinnamon, clove, nutmeg, and Madagascar bourbon vanilla. The gluten-free flours used in this dough are whole grain, making these cookies a perfect afternoon snack or evening dessert especially when paired with tea or almond milk. 


Vegan, soy free, and gluten-free.

Baking Instructions: Preheat your oven (or toaster oven!) to 350.  Form 1 inch balls of dough and press them slightly with your palm on a lined backing sheet.  Bake them in your oven for 9-11 minutes.  Let your cookies cool for a few minutes and enjoy!

Makes about 26 one inch cookies
