Vanilla Chai Pumpkin Baked Oats

Serves: 1

Time: 10 minutes prep, 20 minutes baking time

INGREDIENTS

1/3 cup of oats

1 tbsp of flaxseed meal

1/3 cup of non-dairy milk

2 tbsp canned pumpkin

1 tbsp of flour of your choice

1/4 tsp baking powder

pumpkin pue spice to taste

sweetened to your liking (I use coconut sugar)

1/3 cup of blueberries

1 tbsp of Because Cookie Dough Vanilla Chai Cookie Dough

STEPS

Preheat oven to 400 and spray or oil a large ramekin. Mix dry ingredients in a separate bowl then add the wet ingredients and stir. Pour into the ramekin then spread dough pieces throughout. Bake for 20 minutes, remove, and let cool! I topped with The Date Lady Caramel Sauce but coconut butter works great too!
